Formerly a vintage pin, this piece has been given new life as a pendant. Sitting at the bottom of the decorative 18 karat yellow gold bar is a round blue sapphire. This sapphire is set in a decorative buttercup setting that is discreetly accented with black enamel. Including the ring at the top, this pendant measures 1 1/8 inches long.
