Made in a classic three-stone style, this18-karat yellow gold ring holds an oval ruby in the center. This bright ruby has a weight of 1.24 carats. Set on either side of the center is a pair of yellow diamonds that are heart shaped. These natural fancy yellow diamonds have a combined weight of 1.08 carats. Currently a finger size 5¾, this modern ring can be sized if needed.
